What We Are

Leaders Hub Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization that aims to bridge the digital divide by empowering underprivileged students and youths with essential IT skills. Through education, mentorship, and scholarships, we aim to transform lives and create a brighter future for young people in Sierra Leone. We believe that access to technology and education is fundamental for a brighter future, and we’re committed to empowering underprivileged youth with the skills they need to thrive.

Our vision is to help bridge the digital divide in Sierra Leone by equipping underprivileged students and youths with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to thrive in our tech-driven world.

We are committed to providing free, comprehensive computer training, coding and programming education, mentorship, and scholarships to underprivileged students and youths in Sierra Leone, regardless of their gender, background, or physical ability.

Why We do What We Do

Sierra Leone is a country located in West Africa. Many schools in Sierra Leone lack access to the internet and computers, thereby severely limiting students' educational opportunities and causing them to fall behind in the digital age. We offer free IT training and scholarships that will help bridge this digital divide, giving these students the tools and skills they need to succeed in today’s digital world.  Your support will not only transform the lives of these students but also stimulate socio-economic growth in their communities. OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

Through our programs, we aim to:

  • Create a passion for technology and develop students’ ability to think critically, solve problems, and be creative.

  • Close the digital gap and guarantee that everyone has fair access to technology.

  • Develop future-ready digital skills so that students and youths can take advantage of the 21st-century job market, education, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

  • Foster a network of peers and mentors who encourage and support one another's professional development in the Information Technology (IT) industry.

  • Provide students and youths with the technical skills required to land a job in the expanding tech industry.

  • Reduce financial obstacles to education by providing tuition assistance, promoting diversity in the digital industry, and providing free IT training.

  • Build an inclusive and encouraging safe environment so that students and youths can be themselves, gain confidence, and realize their potential as leaders.

  • Contribute to Sierra Leone's socio-economic development by creating a skilled and tech-savvy workforce that drives innovation and progress.
